Summary

Professor Munro is involved in developing and coordinating the general chemistry laboratory program, and in the supervision and training of graduate teaching assistants. She is interested in chemical education and teaches general chemistry and inorganic chemistry. Dr. Munro has received several college and university level teaching awards, including the LeMay Award for Excellence in Teaching (2017), the F. Donald Tibbitt's Distinguished Teacher Award (2022) and the Alan Bible Teaching Excellence Award (2023).

In addition to teaching, professor Munro also serves as one of the department's undergraduate major advisors.
